Buffets
On Friday night there is a buffet from 7.30pm until 9pm in the Arena. On Saturday, the buffet will be in the Arena again: 6pm - 7.30pm.
The Buffets this year are totally optional, and in a separate area to the evening's events, so you can choose whether or not to attend. We have spoken at length with the Winter Gardens after assessing the feedback forms from last year, and they have guaranteed the quality of the food and the service. We have personally discussed and tasted the menus. The timings are arranged to fit in with the other activities planned, and food will be served in comfortable seated surroundings, with a fully licensed bar so you can purchase wine to have with your dinner. We will provide background music during dinner ensure pleasant atmosphere, and there will be ample seating, arranged so you will be able to sit in groups. If you have arranged to eat with friends at a designated time please let us know, and we will endeavor to reserve a table for you. If you have any questions on the food or have special dietary requirements please let us know, and an appropriate meal will be arranged.
