Open Stage Performance

Throughout the festival we'll be running an Open Stage, an opportunity to show off your latest choreography or group and solo work.

You may book once as an individual, and once on behalf of a group. Please ensure that only one person books per group.

Music should be a maximum of 5 minutes long.

Please check in with the appointed stage manager 30 minutes before your allocated performance slot, along with a copy of the music you wish to perform to. Final instructions will be given at this time.

If you have a pre-set and rehearsed choreography you wish to perform and the piece is longer than 5 minutes, please let us know and we can arrange a longer slot to be made available.

Reservations for open stage performances are conditional upon the completion and return of an open stage booking form. This form asks you to describe the style of dance you will be performing, the number of performers, duration and details of the music you intend to use. You will also be required to agree to our standard terms and conditions applying to all performers at the festival. Please download the booking form.
