Caroline Afifi

Caroline Afifi began dancing 13 years ago, training with Jacqui Jamal and Wendy Buonaventura. Working with both Jacqui and Wendy gave her a passion for developing Middle Eastern dance as a theatre art. Since then, Caroline has performed in productions such as Secret Life of a Belly Dancer, Dancing Girls, Mimi La Sardine and her own creation Forbidden Fruit; she is currently touring with her latest production Sabrine. Caroline is also one of the founder members of the Liverpool Arab Arts festival and is involved with Arts collaborations both in the UK and Egypt.
