What
Classic and Modern Khaleegy Caroline will be teaching Khaleegy the dance of the Arab Gulf region. Not only will she cover the traditional style with the Khaleegy “thobe” (dress) but also modern Khaleegy! In modern Khaleegy the thobe is not worn and props such as a small stick can also be used. Most people only know the classic style but trends have changed, even in the Gulf, so it’s time to learn the latest moves rarely taught. Caroline has been performing in Cairo for over 11 years and she has also worked on contracts to the Gulf in countries such as Qatar, Bahrain and UAE and has even danced in Khaleegy music video clips! You will gain from her valuable knowledge and experience, so even if you have done Khaleegy before or if you are a complete beginner, this class is not to be missed!Level
